J.A. Hammond

Let me be the one who’s humble and contrite in spirit;
the one who trembles at Your word.
And let my thoughts be music to Your heart,
and let me speak Your words of life to those who stumble in the dark.
And no matter what I do
make me sensitive to You;
make me sensitive to You.
Change me through and through
till there’s nothing I can do
but bring glory unto You.
And let me live for things I cannot see
like Your love for me
and all the ones who need to find You.
And let me lose my life and all I have
to be found here in Your hand,
and I will follow close behind You.
And no matter what I do
make me sensitive to You;
make me sensitive to You.
Change me through and through
till there’s nothing I can do
but bring glory unto You.

i have seen this road before; my hands have pushed against this door; my heart has fallen into sin; will You find me on my knees again? all but death will keep me here till I lift my head and find You near. there is nothing more I need; You are the life and death of me.

Oh Jules ! How very beautiful your worship and heart cry and prayer....Is there a melody written to go with those sensitive thoughts!!! Taking a break between studying ...and writning to the glory of God.... is a good thing,,,no , a God thing!! Loving you..truly,, mum
